Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi is going to invest in the US. The company’s officials confirm that the company will go public this year. Earlier this the company running its operations in Asian regions. After the great welcome in Asian markets, the company will try its luck in the US by selling their smartphone. According to the report, Lei Jun, CEO of the company at a legislative session of China stated as:
“We’ve always been considering entering the U.S. market. We plan to start entering the market by end 2018, or by early 2019.”
The company is already selling its smartphone to Asian, African, and European markets and now Xiaomi are capturing other markets around the globe. In the Indian market, the users warmly accepted the company and prefer the Xiaomi latest versions over the Samsung smartphones. Xiaomi earned a remarkable profit in Indian market from the sale of its smartphones. The company is one of the leading brand in Chinese and Indian markets.
Moreover, if the company goes public in the US, Xiaomi has to pay enough for the survival. The company IPO’s will be worth of $100 billion if it goes public. However, the other electronic products are already available in Western markets, including America, but for the first time the company is taking risks for the sale of its smartphones.
The company has to work hard to compete with other powerful smartphones. We are expecting the company will launch its smartphone for $150, $300 and more. The Xiaomi’s smartphone has a customization feature in China, and we are expecting the company will offer similar features in America.
The company almost resolves its patent issues and Xiaomi is not new to the All the markets due to the sale of its accessories.
