Twitter is focusing on the review of its policies after the reversing position of the Blackburn campaign ad. We heard thrice times in the last fifteen days, the officials are talking about the refining the policies against the protesting tweets by a politician and or other social protests.
Yesterday, the social network giant Twitter managed a decision to review the polices just a day before when the company block a campaign video from Marsha Blackburn, a Republican representative from Tennessee.
According to the report, one of the spokesperson of Twitter stated as:
“While we initially determined that a small portion of the video used potentially inflammatory language, after reconsidering the ad in the context of the entire message, we believe that there is room to refine our policies around these issues.”
Blackburn campaign receives and email from Twitter stating the company will play the video when it will remove the line “baby body parts.” That is why the mentioned line is pointing the allegations by anti-abortion against Planned Parenthood. These lines and video content is protested by many states.
The line is evoke a strong negative reaction from the users and that was creating a protesting situation, the social network giant block the video campaign ad and only on removing of the baby body parts it will play.
