In the wold of cell phones where Apple and Samsung are the biggest giants, before going for any third brand everybody thinks at least one time. But due to Apples high prices & Samsung’s recent Note 7 issue, customers switched to other options. One of the biggest competitor is Nexus, a Google owned brand. Nexus had many issues initially yet somehow they managed to skip the hard times. Recently they launched their new model NEXUS 6P, which was not so much easily considerable option because of its predecessors. But you might need to know the following 11 things you must do with your NEXUS 6P top of the line before anything.
1: Use Only The Included Charger:
However the new Nexus 6P does not comes with a Qualcomm‘s Quick Charge 2.0 but it has itw own fast charge tech. Google claims that 6P can provide upto a 7 hours of usage for just a 10 minute charege. Only one thing you have to do is to use the prescribed or the charger came in the box with the cell phone rest is done by this masterpiece by its self.
2: Security Through Patterns, Pins, Password or Fingerprints:
The forced security system of 6P makes its a class in its own self. Not like other cellphones that give you the option to put a security code, pin, pattern or fingerprints, NEXUS 6P requires you to put something before startup. So that you might not loose your personal stuff kept in the phone to any stranger or even you girlfriend without your permission.
Another best part of this security system is that you are also able to make your phone require the fingerprint scan (A.K.A as Nexus Imprint) before it boots, called “Secure Startup”. But just saying, if it gets lost or stolen and even the finder or thief is unable to turn it on, you might also get lost your chances to be able to track the phone as tracking requires to boot.
3: Use Nexus Imprint To Make Google Play Purchases:
As we all know that android comes with a very friendly user interface, not even close to be as annoying as the iOS, especially if it comes to buy online apps. In Nexus 6P you just have to go through 3 steps:

After this, only on your first online payment, you will be asked your password once but afterwards you just have to uses you big potato thumb or pinky finger or which ever finger you use as fingerprint.
4: Signing Into Google Accounts & Restoring the Selected Apps:
Yes you have the option to restore your apps either purchased or downloaded for free in your previous phone. You simply have to sign in with you Google ID that you used in you last cell phone, rest is done by ANDROID 6.0 operated this machine. You just have to choose which app you want or which one you do not want to restore.
5: Smart Lock To Keep The Phone Locked When Connected To Smart Watch Or When at Home:
Smart lock enables you to automatically lock or unlock your phone as per your command. Lets say you want your cell phone to be unlocked when it is connected to a Bluetooth device for example car stereo system or you smart watch, so until you are connected to the device your phone will be unlocked & the moment you get disconnected, clink, its locked. Same if you want the device to be unlocked when you are in you home, you just have to add your home in the trusted places & you will have your phone unlocked the moment you step in the house.

Nexus 6P is the fastest Android phone you might get your hand on, but it can do even more. You just have to go to setting>about phone>build number>developer option>window animation scale, transition animation scale, animator duration scale, and set 0.5x for each of them, and see what your Nexus do’s for your.
7: Activating System User Interface Tuner To Show the Battery Percentage:
As we all see there is no battery exact percentage while using an Android, we always have to select it from settings and enable it manually. But this time Google has made something experimental, for God knows what reasons.
Now first you have to enable the UI TUNER by pulling town the notification try twice and hold it for 5+ seconds, or until you see a message “CONGRATS SYSTEM UI has been added to Settings”. Now you have to find it in the settings and tap on the SYSTEM UI TUNER and select “SHOW EMBEDDED BATTERY PERCENTAGE”.
