Tesla really proves to be the fastest SUV producer in the world. Its updated and released software the ‘Ludicrous+’ has blessed the Model S P100d with tremendous power of 0 to 60 mph acceleration in just 2.46 seconds in its first test.

Model S in Ludicrous+ mode covered a distance of 121.617 feet with 0 to 60 mph acceleration at 2.389 seconds, and then 0 to 100 mph at 6.207 seconds over a distance of 583.688 feet.

But this not the end.

The company’s CEO believes that there is still enough room for improvement and that the power can be boosted to a 2.3-second time.

So is it an alarm for others?

Of course yes. By the way, FF had already claimed that it is going to give the world the fastest SUV by hitting 2.3 seconds through concept FF91, which is now done by Tesla. Moreover, the claim was with a partially stripped-down interior with only racing seats and which was still to be brought to limelight.

On the other hand, Tesla made it with its stock and claims for more improved speed, probably with reduced speed.

Importantly, the power boost was achieved by just installing the updated software on the stock vehicle. Reports analyse that a modified version of reduced weight can make the game rather quicker, maybe 2.0 seconds for 0-60 mph acceleration, shares Musk on Twitter.

A video on Youtube unveils stock Model S P100D showing 3.9 seconds in Electric GT racing and Championship, which is definitely a new record.
