Sea of Thieves is drawing near its launch and has already gone through some testing procedures. To further check its capabilities, the publishing studios, Rare has decided to pass Sea of Thieves through another scale test on March 4th.
Microsoft is showing its special interest in the project to make the game a stable one. The point to be known here is that the game has been passed through some server tests in the past which they claim to have provided them with a great amount of information.
And why not? These tests have put a major strain on the server so that developers get the idea of how it will perform in the real-world scenario. By allowing a large number of players on Sea of Thieves’ server, the developers noted that several performance issues were raised in each player’s version of the game.
According to the official website, Sea of Thieves before going live on March 20th for PC and Xbox One will undergo the scale test from Friday, March 2nd, at 2 a.m. PT until Sunday, March 4th, at 2 a.m. PT.
