The Radeon RX 560 was once the only affordable option for crypto-miners as it offered great performance for a minimal price but the high voltage requirement was a problem. Now, a new low-power variant has been introduced which requires only 45W out of your switchboard.

Obviously, the lower power variant is a bit slower than the original one. In terms of memory, the cut is only of 84 MHz (1216 vs 1300 MHz) but the TDP is now half from 90W to 45W. Here are some of the specifications of the 45W PULSE:

  • Polaris 21 GPU
  • 1024 Stream Processors
  • GDDR5 memory
  • 4GB and 2GB variants

The pricing isn’t disclosed yet!
