On 21 April 2017 Recently launch Samsung it’s new brand cellular device Galaxy S8 facing negative word of mouth. Customer claiming their handsets are affected by an unusual red tint on the screen. Samsung is acknowledging it and said on Monday that this issue will be resolved soon. Customers in South Korea who placed their earlier order S8 and S8 Plus on April 18 have been complaining over an unusually reddish screen. It was suggested by the Korean company adjust the color of the device through Settings > Display > Screen Mode > Color Balance.

Commitment By Samsung For Its Valued Customers
Samsung has officially confirmed the reports If the screen continues to retain a reddish tint despite the new software, Samsung said it would replace the phones with new handsets. Samsung has been taking action on the problems of customers and to release upgrade software from this week, which will provide customer further enhanced ability to adjust the color setting to their preference.
“Samsung mentioned in the report also that if they would fail to do so the company would replace affected Samsung Galaxy S8 units with new ones.”
Samsung has not announced the exact date of upgrading software Galaxy S8. But it was mentioned that smartphone’s color balance would likely be launched next week.
