Gamers with some low-end PC configurations who were complaining about the performance issues of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds now have a very well versed reply from the developers. PUBG is now backed up with the latest update for all such players whose problems were purely related to their low-end PCs and especially the biggest beneficiaries of this update are those playing on PTR servers. For a quick roundup, let me tell you that you’ll be able to see the minor details with better visual effects like foggy weather conditions, sky visuals, and shadows.
Additions in The Update
The only added item in the update is the new Mini-14. It is a compact sized 5.56 semi-automatic marksman rifle with which you can attach the muzzle and magazine slots. This weapon will help you in situations where you need higher muzzle velocity with lesser damage stats.
In addition to the other cool features added in this update, here’s a small list of bugs which have been fixed by the developers:
- Character’s replacement on the ground if it falls underneath the map
- No more improper slider values inside of vehicles
- Clients won’t be freezing if you change controls in the options
- Minor animation bugs fixed according to the scenario
This is not all as the company has come up with a detailed list on this topic. For more details, check out PUBG’s official site or blog.
