A lot of us thought that it was the end for Nokia. As the company was not having a lot of success with its Windows based smartphones. Though the company finally did what it should have years ago. Where we got to see three new Android based smartphones from the company. Which included the affordable Nokia 3, a mid-tier Nokia 5 and high end Nokia 6 smartphone. Though the star of the show at MWC this year was the remake of their iconic 3310 Nokia phone.

So what are the future plans of Nokia you make ask? Well as it seems the company is gearing up to launch two more smartphone this year. But this time around these two rumored smartphone are said to be Nokia’s flagship smartphone. Which will be named the Nokia 8 and Nokia 9, rumored to be launched in the month of June, 2017.

According to different rumors both the upcoming Nokia 8 and Nokia 9 smartphone is said to be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. A tip-off regarding the two upcoming Nokia smartphones, also suggested that Nokia will be launching both of them at the same time. Some rumors also points towards the inclusion of a dual back camera with unibody metal construction. But it’s not known if either the Nokia 8 will have it or the Nokia 9. Though according to some other rumors the difference between the two smartphones, is said to be based on the screen size.

Some specs regarding the upcoming Nokia 9 were also leaked on the internet. Which showed that the phone will be equipped with a 5.5 inch display with QHD resolution. Aside from that the phone would also have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 running under the hood, with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB of storage. Where to power it all a 3800mAh battery would be present.
