At CES this year LG will be introducing a new color for its flagship LG V30 smartphone. Which would be designed for users who are not into the already available color options, including black, blue, lavender and silver. This new LG V30 color would be known as ‘’Raspberry Red’’, which represents a pink color that is much darker than the ”pink rose’’ version of Galaxy S8.
This new color variant of the LG V30 from the company won’t be any different from what is already available. But LG is hoping that the striking color of the LG V30 raspberry red might attract a lot of new customers. Because being a flagship phone there isn’t a lot to like about the LG V30. Which comes with a dim display and poor performing camera. Something that cannot be overlooked on a expensive smartphone like the LG V30.
In terms of specs the LG V30 greets its user with a 6 inch OLED panel. That supports a resolution of 2880 x 1440. There is also the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 running under the hood. Coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of on board expandable storage. While other features include USB Type C, Bluetooth 5.0 and a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC, that comes bundled with a pair of B&O earphones.
Just like its predecessor the LG V30 also comes equipped with a dual camera setup. Which alongside the main 16MP IOS sensor also features a 13MP super wide angle lens at 120 degrees field of view. While the front of the device users would find a 5MP camera. Where everything on the new LG V30 is powered by a 3300mAh battery inside.
The upcoming LG V30 raspberry red after launch would only be available in South Korea at first. But would be later on available in other markets as well including Europe and Asia.
