Last year Chinese tech giant Lenovo announced, that the company will manufacture smartphones under Motorola brand and all upcoming smartphones will be branded as ‘Moto’. But yet another device pop up under Lenovo name on Geekbench.
The benchmark data reveal that the device comes name code as Lenovo XT1902-3.
The Lenovo XT1902-3 has a processor of MediaTek MT6797. According to the benchmark, the MediaTek MT6797 has (2 x ARM Cortex-A72 from 2.1 GHz to 2.3 GHz + 4 x ARM Cortex-A53 1.85 GHz + 4 x ARM Cortex-A53 1.4 GHz, 20 nm ).The chipset is known as Helio X20 and its already used in Xiaomi redmi Pro, Xiaomi Note 4 redmi, Sharp A1 and in Meizu MX6. As shown in the GeekBench, the Lenovo XT1902-3 score 1163 points in single-core test and in 4836 points in multi-core test.
The processor support 4GB of RAM and the operating system is Android Nougat 7.1.1. Although there is no confirmation, regarding benchmark data, it would appear as the successor of Moto M, which was equipped with MediaTek Helio P15 octa-processor and the Moto M2 could come with the screen of 5.5 inches with full HD resolution in aluminum design as from its predecessor.
Lenovo hasn’t confirmed or announced any details about the launching date or the actual name for the smartphone. However, it’s expected to launch in summer.
