Nobody knows when Spider-Man game is releasing, it’s probably next year. The gameplay of Spider-Man released during the E3 which was impressive and very promising. Because Insomniac Games is working on this game so, you cannot expect a bad game from them. They made Ratchet and Clank, Sunset Overdrive and many other games.
Many of you maybe wondering what sort of graphical enhancements this game will come with for PlayStation 4 Pro owners? Insomniac Games were open about it and they actually said that the game will actually offer the similar if not the same graphical enhancements for PS4 Pro owners as you have seen on Ratchet and Clank game.
Basically what it means is that you probably will get a temporal injection kind of rendering technique that allows to deal with anti-aliasing and that also raises with the resolution. The game is not going to be in 4k, it’s not even checkerboarded to 4k. Temporal injection is rendering the game and apparently it’s higher than 1080p and then it’s being up scale to 4k.
In terms of graphical visual fidelity if the game is not really 4k or close to 4k at least there would be some graphical enhancements on PlayStation 4 Pro version. But that doesn’t seem to be a case and that was not the case with Ratchet and Clank. Both games looks stunning but they looks stunning on regular PlayStation 4.
It would be rather good if something extra on the PlayStation 4 Pro rather than just slightly higher resolution and better anti-aliasing. There is a list of enhancements that was posted on the official PlayStation blog last year for Ratchet and Clank. It was the topic of how PlayStation 4 Pro enhances Ratchet and Clank and they also mention Spider-Man in this particular article as well.
