Huawei launched the latest flagship P10 and P10 Plus in February. But unfortunately, the both smartphones P10 and P10 Plus didn’t satisfy the users. Some of the users reported the problem of internal memory performance. Initially, the company take like and adopt an arrogant way to respond.
Huawei’s Chief Executive Officer Richard Yu apologize to the users in the press release the Chiana’s biggest social media channel Weibo.
The company mislead the users by saying that the P10 and the P10 plus is coming with the UFS 2.1 storage and LPDDR4 RAM. When the smartphones are hands on and the users notice the performance and check out the RAM, there was found LPRDDR3 RAM and UFS 2.0 or EMMC 5.1 speed in the both items.
The users feel the difference in the performance of the speed when they note the same specification of the other smartphones is more efficient as compared to the P10 series. Another problem was the smartphones get warmer quickly when they use.
However, before the release, the benchmark company didn’t measure the performance of the P10 and P10 Plus on the memory chips inside them. According to the report, the official statement from the company stated as:
“To meet global demand of millions of units, Huawei has employed the standard industry practice of sourcing solutions from multiple trusted suppliers to ensure a balance between user experience, quality and sustainable supply. Relying on a single component supply can lead to a shortage, meaning delays for consumers who wish to buy our new products. In the case of flash memory, in this instance, Huawei has chosen multiple simultaneous mainstream solution suppliers.”
Moreover, from the report, the chief of Huawei didn’t say much about the P10 series owners how will they be compensated for the problem. However, the company shows its intentions to build the relationships with the customers.
