AMD’s Ryzen Threadripper 1950X Benchmarks has been revealed before its released in upcoming days, this 16 cores and 32 thread vigorous CPU is clocked at 3.4 GHz and can be boost up to 4 Ghz. This CPU is not only targeting the gamer’s but it is more prolific for workstation users. And in case if you are thinking of having this beast in your hands you have to pay $999.
Thanks to Linus Tech Tips for revealing the benchmarks of this new AMD’s Ryzen Threadripper 1950X by comparing it with three different systems which includes Intel Z270 and X299 and AMD’s X370 platform.
Comparing the benchmarks
Ryzen Threadripper 1950X benchmark was compared with three systems, all the CPU’s were reinforced with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti including the Threadripper 1950X along with this the three system were equipped with 3200MHZ DDR4 memory while the Threadripper 1950X was equipped with 2666MHZ memory.
Below is the result obtained by testing Rise Of The Tomb Raider game in four different CPU’s which includes Ryzen Threadripper 1950X, the Ryzen 7 1800X, Core i9 7900X and Core i7 7700K.
The benchmark result reveals that all the three CPU’s are performing equally in DirectX 11 in which X370 bench is lagging behind by one point and comparing it to the bench of the DirectX 12 the bench result is not as good as DirectX 11, in terms of Directx 12 bench the X299 is taking the lead among the four CPU’s.
The second test
The second test includes the AMD’s Cinebench R15 multithreaded. Let’s get straight into the results
The result sheet shows that Threadripper scores the highest point among the four while X299X is second with 2146 point, X370 bench is third and Z270 is scoring the least in the sheet.
The other two
The other two test are;
- Blender 2.87c test.
- Fire Strike Ultra, Time Spy and the Time Spy CPU are test among the four CPU’s and showing their combine result .
