Samsung is not the only one who is facing the battery issue , recently Hp has expand its recall for laptop batteries facing overheating issue or can risk or damage the laptops with fire
HP has recollect more than 100,000 lithium-ion batteries which were sold in last 4 years at Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club and authorized retailers between March 2013 to October 2016. The company commence the recall in June 2016 in which the recollect additional 41000 batteries in the US , 3000 in Canada, and 4,000 in Mexico .
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, about 101,000 batteries are being recalled this time around – in addition to the 41,000 batteries that were recalled last June.
the commission further added that
“Consumers should stop using the recalled batteries, remove them from the notebook computers and contact HP for a free replacement battery,” according to the notice. Until customers get a new battery, they should only use the notebooks by plugging them into AC adaptors,

The laptop model affected by the batteries include HP, HP ProBook, Compaq ,Compaq Presario, HP ENVY, and HP Pavilion which price ranged between $300 and $1,700 .
The battery pack which were sold separately are also affected with the price range of $50 and $90.
