Turns out the Google Pixel mobile phones audio problem is a hardware issue instead of software, company confesses.

A few users of the Google Pixel mobile phones have been facing some issues regarding their phone’s sound.

Specifically, the audio coming from the speakers is awful when the volume is set to its three largest amounts, making a scratching, crackling sound. Google has as of late uncovered that it was because of hardware issue, so you don’t need to update your mobile software because that would be a total waste of your time. Since they know what the issue is, what are they gonna do about it?

The sound quality suddenly problem happens when the mobile’s volume is increased up to its maximum degree. Which in result really disturbing to hear such cracky noises.

To check whether your mobile phone have the same problem then turn your phone volume up to its main three volume levels, and have a go at playing music or other sound. In the event when you listen an unpleasant scratchy sound, then you should contact with Google regarding to your device sound.

How is Google going to Solve this problem?

As Google have recently confirmed that it was because of the hardware and any software upgrade isn’t going to solve this issue. They offered to switch their faulty Pixel and Pixel XL mobile phone with the new one.

One of the Pixel mobile user contacted Google and after replacement he had the same problem, still the user have the same audio issue but then Google give him refund. Just think about it if all Google Pixel mobile phones have the same problem, that would appears like Google ain’t going to see any sale of their Pixel in future.
