Might be an unusual decision, in short, we can say that Google is shooting itself or trying to cut its own foot. Yes, it might be true that Google has decided to launch an Ad Blocker in its browser “Chrome”.
According to The Wall Street Journal, Google – A company which makes more then 50% of its revenue from viewing ads, now decided to use an ad-blocker in most popular web browser on mobiles and desktops “Chrome browser”. From a report 60% of desktop users uses Chrome as a default browser. The company is making plan to launch the ad- blocking feature, to set directly as default in the chrome browser. The ad- blocking feature will filter all the less useful ads which disturb the user or viewer, like that some ads force visitor to open it and some ad videos open automatically before opening the required sites. People working in Google has revealed that the company is planing to block such type of useless ads by launching their ad- blocking feature.
The people further added that the ad- blocking feature may be launch within a week but they are not fully sure on it as the company is facing some difficulties to decide it whether they would have to block all ads or the only the irrelevant ads which the visitor don’t want ti experience of. So, the company may announce it after couple of weeks.
The main point is that if Google take such type of moves then this will impact badly on online advertising companies, publishers who also deals online and more importantly, what about Google itself? We can not predict anything more, right now. So lets wait and watch, what we could expect to find about the related case.
