It is reported that the series of Pixel laptops, from beginning, was kept limited to a small scale production. Therefore, when Rick Osterloh, the Senior Vice President (Hardware) for Google, was asked about the future of Pixel laptops, he showed no further interest.

These laptops were launched in 2013 with a price tag of $ 1299. Although, work on Google Chrome only, they managed to cash the market.

At present, Google Store shows all the available stock being sold out, though other brands, equipped with Chrome, are available in the market.

The critical glance at the laptop reveals that its hardware resembles Apple, which denotes its extraordinary appearance and potential liking by users. It is one of the reasons Google is still appreciated in UK and US at across all levels.
