When it comes to competitive gaming, getting a gaming mouse is highly important. Though it’s not as easy as it sounds, because there are a lot of gaming mice out there. And getting the perfect one that fits your grip type can be a hit and miss. Considering that a gaming mouse does not come cheap. This is where the new gaming mouse named Glaive RGB comes in from Corsair.
Corsair is known for their built quality when it comes to gaming accessories and the new Corsair Glaive RGB is no exception. According to Corsair “Some prefer a wider palm grip, others finger-tip control, with a wide spectrum of styles in between. Corsair Glaive RGB combines a sweeping contoured shape with three interchangeable magnetic grips, allowing it to adapt in seconds for a customized fit’’.
As you can see in the picture, Corsair Glaive RGB provides its users with three types of side grips to choose from. Which can be done through the interchangeable magnet thumb grips, making it adopt according to your grip type. Aside from that the Corsair Glaive also come with the PMW3367 optical sensors. Considered one of the most accurate sensors to date, with up to 16,000 dpi.
Aside from that the Corsair Glaive RGB also comes with six programmable buttons. While DPI settings can also be stored on the 8MB on-board memory of the mouse. Which can be changed with the DPI buttons found on the top of the mouse. The Corsair Glaive RGB also doesn’t cheap out on its switches. Where the mouse uses the famous Omron switches, rated for 50 million clocks.
The Corsair Glaive RGB is full with features and does offer one of the best built qualities you can find on a mouse. But my only complain about the mouse is its weight. Which does exceed the 100 grams limit that most gamers prefer. So if you are someone who have large hands and likes heavy mice. Then the new Corsair Glaive RGB should make you feel right at home.
The Corsair Glaive RGB is available now with a price tag of $70.
