Robotics company ‘Boston Dynamics’ is well known for its advanced robots as the company has produced some high tech Robot over the time. Some decent names to mention of its robotic dog models are Spot, SpotMini (which can help in household maintenance) WildCat and the BigDog.

Cheetah Robot runs faster than Usain Bolt at 28.3 mph
WildCat is a four-legged robot being developed to run fast on all types of terrain. So far WildCat has run at about 19 mph on flat terrain using bounding and galloping gaits.
Spot: a four-legged robot designed for indoor and outdoor operation. It is electrically powered and hydraulically actuated. Spot has a sensor head that helps it navigate and negotiate rough terrain. Spot weighs about 160 lbs.
Boston Dynamics has now introduced another new robot, but this time the robot doesn’t have any legs. The lower part of the body is attached to two wheels on which it can ride and spin around. The wheel is designed to handle and ride squatting and it still maintains the whole body balance.
According to the description:
Handle is a research robot that stands 6.5 ft tall, travels at 9 mph and jumps 4 feet vertically. It uses electric power to operate both electric and hydraulic actuators, with a range of about 15 miles on one battery charge. Handle uses many of the same dynamics, balance and mobile manipulation principles found in the quadruped and biped robots we build, but with only about 10 actuated joints, it is significantly less complex. Wheels are efficient on flat surfaces while legs can go almost anywhere: by combining wheels and legs Handle can have the best of both worlds.
The Robot is called by the company’s founder as a “nightmare inducing”. With two legs on wheels and two arms for balancing its named as Handle.
While Boston Dynamics declares that the robot is just for research and development, This machine designed is ideal for transport and carrying objects and with its strong arm, it can be used in warehouses for goods transport. Two mechanical arms will allow him to grasp objects and it can carry a load of 100 pounds.
