Bethesda has always given us so much to discuss upon and the recent suspense part by the company was reflected in a statement where the company said that they have an unannounced game rolling out this year. The first that would hit your mind is obviously “Fallout 4” on Nintendo Switch, but there is something more than that. PaxWest concluded last week and a video of an interview with Tek Syndicate at the event has come out in which Bethesda Softworks’ VP of Public Relations Pete Hines has surprised us all:
We have nine games hands-on here, and all of which are coming out this year or are already out. Three VR titles including Skyrim for PSVR, we have Skyrim Switch, we’ve got Wolfenstein 2 and The Evil Within 2…we have a ton of stuff going on. And we even have a game coming out this year that we haven’t even told anyone about yet. They can wait. It won’t be so long.
Is It Really Fallout 4 for Nintendo Switch?
Well, there are solid chances for it. The thing that needs to be understood here is that it is Bethesda’s convention to reveal any new game when they plan to release it. The Bethesda’s huge E3 2017 event has passed by and we didn’t see any major announcement. That makes us believe that the only revealed game of this year, the Fallout 4 for Switch is what the company is thinking to roll out!
Discussed numerous times before by Bethesda, the Creation Club is company’s new storefront that monetizes optional bite-sized DLC content. This is specifically designed to earn from platforms that don’t support free mods. That’s why the release is aimed at the Switch console. Moreover, the company also has PlayStation in its plans. Moreover, Skyrim has solid plans to roll out on the Switch so Fallout 4 must also be launching.
