Automatically lock windows “Dynamic Lock”
Microsoft is working on new technique for lock down of windows. The company explained:
“Dynamic Lock automatically locks your Windows 10 PC when you’re not around the proximity of a Bluetooth-paired phone. If your Bluetooth-paired phone is not found near your PC, Windows turns off the screen and locks the PC after 30 seconds”. But it is “Still in its early days”
In updated Windows 10 build version 15031, Now the new feature is added. Just go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options. But most importantly it will not work if your PC does not have a Bluetooth adapter. Bluetooth is required because you PC needs to connect with your mobile.
So what you needs to do after opening sign in option is following
- Find the Dynamic lock header
- And check the box which said, “Allow Windows to detect when you’re away and automatically lock the device”.
As we know it is new technology and Microsoft is still working on it. So we may suffer some bugs but the company is improving it.
