KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo state in a note that Apple will boost its current Macbook and MackBook Pro spec . The new MacBook and MacBook Pro will come with 7th generation Kaby Lake processors and the 15 inch MacBook will support a 32GB RAM .
Ming-Chi Kuo claim that 12 inch MackBook will be the first device to come with 7th generation Kaby Lake processors in 2017 . The 12 inch MackBook model which currently support 8GB of RAM can be upgraded to 16 GB ram . The company will start manufacturing its production in the second quarter that will start in March .
Kuo said in the note that 13 inch and 15 inch MacBook Pro models include Kaby Lake chipset will start manufacturing in third quarter, which starts in July. Kuo did not mention how much RAM these models can support . With the spec of current Model it may remain the same with 16GB ram due to the limit of memory designs.
The 15 inch MacBook”also include Kaby Lake and its uplift to 32GB of RAM .The production will start in the early fourth quarter, which happen to be in September. He said that MacBook will be “the most significantly redesigned product this year,” and he believes it will adopt desktop-class RAM to satisfy high-end users.
Kuo believes with the release of Kaby Lake notebooks its will boost and improve its growth by 10% in 2017 as Apple suffer the lowest sales in 2016.
