The upcoming new Apple iPhone is just a few hours away from its launch. But that doesn’t stop numerous rumors from spreading over the internet. Including the leaked iPhone X that we have been seeing a lot lately. Which is said to be a limited edition iPhone and will come equipped with a bezel-less display. Similar to what we have seen on the recent flagship Android smartphones.
Aside from the leaked images and videos that were leaked on the internet. Now we have our hand on some details regarding what specs the upcoming iPhone X will carry. Where the information was grabbed from the database of an unknown carrier. According to which the upcoming iPhone X will come equipped with a 5.8 inch display. That will be running on 1125 x 2436 resolution.
Other specs also include the new Apple A11 chip. Which will be running on a max frequency of 2.5GHz, coupled with 3GB of RAM and up to 512GB of on board storage. While a 12MP camera will be present at the back of the phone. Now that these details are out of the way, let’s talk about the new Apple A11 chip. As it will be handling most of the performance on the upcoming iPhone X. Well aside from running on a total of 6 cores. The Apple A11 is also said to be paired with a co-processor called Neural Engine. Which is responsible for handling Face ID calculation and sensory input.
Geekbench also seems to have their hands on the performance results of this new chip from Apple. Where the Apple A11 chip scored a surprisingly high score of 4061 points in single core performance. While a score of 9959 was achieved in multi core performance. Which makes it a beast in both departments, even when compared to the Android champ known as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835.
