In this June Apple introduces iPad Pro series supporting with the A10X chipset. The devices are built up with the 10nm FinFET technology. The Apple iPad Pro is the first smart devices from the company that are lineup with the TSMC.
10.5-inch iPad Pro is the first consumer device that is supported by the A10X’s 10 nm FinFET process by TSMC. The device is the more powerful from the current smart devices. However, the company most powerful device was tested with A10 Soc and 16 nm FinFET process.
Furthermore, the report states the details of the architecture of the A10X chipset. The chipset has the 3 Fusion CPU core pairs and the 12 Cluster GPU. The last version A9X chipset also has the similar number of CPU and GPU. We can see from the image given below.

The Apple claims that the iPad Pro has the same battery life as the other version of the iPad. The versions have much space while on the reduction of A10X.
