Apple just releases the most awaited updates for Mac devices the iOS 11. Tim Cook introduced the new updates at WWDC 2017 event in San Francisco which will be installed on millions of iPhones and iPads.
The OS will be free to download and it will be compatible with these devices. The new updates improved the “core technologies” which enhance the existing feature and it also comes with some new one. Below are some of the new features that come with iOS 11.
Revamped look of control center:
The new iOS 11 updates come with a distinct design of Control Center menu. Users were annoyed and they complain about the lack of shortcuts especially for ‘cellular data’ in particular. Apple has now provided the ease by enhancing the interface. Now it will be easier to find the content just in few tap, which will save us additional clicks.
Apple has redesigned its online store for applications. The App Store has now a renovative look that should facilitate in discovering of content. The App Store has now a new ‘Today” tab that will display the recent and notable applications. App Store will now offer even more apps and games also have a special section in the new App Store.
The popular application that Apple offer for communication has some new and interesting new. Users can have a real-time synchronization of messages between all iOS devices. When you register a new smartphone running iOS to your account it will automatically show the history of your browsing and conversation. Apple users will now be able to send money through the iMessage app, as well as paying in regular stores or sending money from the Apple Pay application.
The new iOS 11 updates also provided the tools for developers to optimize their applications and support augmented reality. As with the advancement in technology Apple iOS 11 makes a special ARKit that allows you to combine the virtual image with the real image using the camera application and support other augmented reality apps. The recent rumors suggest that Apple has a big investment on augmented reality for iPhone 8 to lead the AR segment.
