It appears that Google Pixel and Pixel XL are still not going to arrive in time since the supply issues surrounding these smartphones continue to cause delays yet. However, if Telus can’t manage the high demand for the subject devices Verizon Wireless can. The US carrier offers angry customers a ‘Free Daydream VR Headset’ as Compensation.
Owing to their unexpected high demand, smartphones Google Pixel and Pixel XL are still out of the reach of countless customers, who couldn’t do anything but to wait. Blame it on delayed shipments or any other supply encountering issues, Canadian carrier Telus has failed to address the problem anyway.
Meanwhile, the word is out that to appease annoyed consumers,Verizon Wireless has its own plans. Being the only U.S. carrier offering the ‘Pixel XL’ smartphone, Verizon is also unable to fulfill the handsets’ demands, far exceeding its supply. Reports suggest that the career faces delayed shipment impact owing to the fact; it is short on device units.
To the disappointment of the awaiting customers the shipment’s original date (Jan. 6, 2017) was further postponed and they were told to wait till March 3.
But now to their satisfaction, the customers waiting for their 128 GB variant (HTC-made Pixel XL) will have compensation. For their patience, Verizon is sending them a ‘Google Daydream View VR’ while the headset is entirely for free…a nice gesture of apology indeed.
Hopefully the move will be appreciated by all and those would be more than happy; whose patience eventually earned them a Free Daydream View VR Headset. This is how you build up trust!
