In simple words, if you want to speed up your work speed and want to set up some shortcuts for your mail folders, Windows mail has this Quick Actions option too. Do visit the Quick Actions Option to know more about it by selecting it from the Settings menu. Remember! You can also put up different ways of reacting to a mail by setting it up in the options.

Find Your Mail From The Start Menu

Avoid the hassle of finding your desired email by looking for each of them individually. It’s natural that you open up more than 1 mail inboxes in your computer at a time. To maintain the speed of work, just pin them to your start menu. Select the option of “Pin to Start” by right-clicking the address that you want to save. Inbox, Sent Mail, Drafts, Pin as many folders as you want.

Save Emails

The save feature as we all see on Facebook and many other social networking sites are just like a bookmark. By saving a link, we can use it in the hour of need. Same is the case in the mail. You can save a mail that you want to by clicking the options menu in the top right corner. Click the “Save as” option and your work is done.

Create a Unified Mailbox

Want to link different email boxes at a single place? or want to create multiple platforms of such type? Windows mail can do this for you too! Simply create custom inboxes by entering email addresses on which you want to receive the emails and then start receiving all the likewise emails in a single place.
Simply visit the Manage Accounts option from the right bottom of the screen and click on Linked Inboxes. You can name it according to its purpose for your better understanding and click Save. Hurray! You are done.
